Knowing where and how your meat gets to your table - great lessons. We had a T-bone, Chuck (roast) then we started naming them regular names. We just got "Romeo" back from the "plant" - this one was the hardest for me to do...I got him at 2 days old...I bottle fed him, loved him and he too was super smart and affectionate. We still have some of "Frank" left, so hopefully I can eat "Romeo" and not feel too bad. Loved your post, the pictures and stories.
